Making making,finishing finishin

I know that you know that the majority of makers have tons of unfinished projects, for one reason or another.:D
These days I'm doing my best to finish as many UFOs as I can.

Proof! :)
Aaand new stuff to list in my Etsy shop ,finally! What do you think? Like something?

Still, I haven't reached the bottom of the current box I'm emptying. :D

Sew and slash

Making faux chenille has become my favorite way of upcycling fabric scraps. I just love it. The experimenting, the combinations, the possibilities. It is so exciting to wash the new fabric to see how the pieces will all blend together. Love love love.

This particular piece is rather large. I think I'm going to turn it into a skirt. Yay! An actual goal finally!

Usually, though, I turn faux chenille into unique handbags and purses, like hose underneath.

I hope you like them!

Have a nice evening!

My first fair

One from the ReArt fair in Osijek back in June. Fun!

The name of my little bag biz is Sharena, which means "colorful" in Croatian. I put together my love for handmade, colors and upcycling, and there they are! :D

Have a nice Monday!
